Youth Boxing
North County Rec Center has teamed up with Boxing Strong this fall to offer Youth Boxing to the North County community. Young Boxing is an excellent way for kids to get back in shape while learning important life skills such as discipline and hard work. Youth boxing also helps build confidence and, most importantly, is a lot of fun!
